Practice Yoga at the beautiful Fernbrook Farm! A slower approach to Vinyasa/Flow and are appropriate for all levels! Students will learn how to thread postures on breath to allow for meditative movement; building strength & flexibility along the way...and CONFIDENCE! A typical class begins with centering & breathwork, invigorating Sun Salutations, moves to standing postures, balance, seated postures, exploring arm balances and inversions, backbends, ends with meditation and final resting posture.
