Vinyasa/Flow-based classes appropriate for all levels! Students will learn how to thread postures on breath to allow for meditative movement; allow the practice to transition from the physical body to the subtle body...and CONFIDENCE!
A typical class begins with centering & breathwork, invigorating Sun Salutations, moves to standing postures, balance, seated postures, exploring arm balances and inversions, back bends, ends with meditation and final resting posture.
Classes are influenced by the season, moon, time of day, and energy in the room.
Want a step down from the Traditional Vinyasa? Slow flow allows you to move inward through slow, rhythmic movements.
Classes are appropriate for all, including those new to yoga, seniors, and mommies-to-be!
Revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calm the nervous system through breathing exercises.

Connect with your body and breath during the slow traditional-flow based class. The breath speaks to us and helps us stay safe and do what is best for the body - we will learn to TRUST ourselves. Classes are appropriate for all levels of practitioners and sequenced for the journey of pregnancy to build equal amounts of strength and flexibility, create physical relief, and connect to the new light within. Practice in a safe, nurturing community where childbirth education is thread throughout class and how students can best modify postures during their pregnancy.
The session is done in a safe, nurturing environment (even in your own home). Hands on or off (your preference) energetic processing and healing with the aid of singing bowls. Sessions are roughly 60 minutes; the energy takes me where I need to go and determines the length.
